By accessing or using the VernoemEenKleur service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service.

2. Description of Service

VernoemEenKleur provides a novelty service where users can register color names in the ANFEC (Advanced Nomenclature for Extended Colors) database. This registration is intended for entertainment purposes and holds no legal or commercial value outside of our platform.

3. Color Registration

Upon purchase, your chosen color name will be registered in our database. Each color name must be unique within our system. We reserve the right to refuse names that are offensive, misleading, or infringe on intellectual property rights.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the processing of your payment through this service. Prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

5. Cancellation Rights

You may request us to cancel your color registration within 14 days of purchase. After this period, the registration becomes permanent. Physical products are subject to our standard return policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The VernoemEenKleur brand, logo, and website design are property of VernoemEenKleur B.V. The ANFEC database and system are owned by VernoemEenKleur B.V. Users do not retain any intellectual property rights to registered color names.

7. Limitation of Liability

VernoemEenKleur is an entertainment service. We make no guarantees about commercial use of registered color names by third parties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
