1. Digital Products
Color Registration
Within 14 days of purchase, you may request us to unregister your color. Send an email to support@vernoemeenkleur.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will remove your registration and refund the full purchase amount.
Digital Certificates
Digital certificates are delivered immediately upon purchase. If you experience issues receiving your certificate, please contact us for support.
2. Physical Products
Return Period
You have 14 days after receipt to return physical products, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Customized Products
Products that have been customized for you (such as mugs and framed certificates with your color) can only be returned in case of defects or manufacturing errors.
Return Process
To initiate a return: 1) Contact us at support@vernoemeenkleur.com, 2) Receive return instructions and shipping label, 3) Send the product back in original packaging, 4) Refund within 14 days of receipt.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace the product free of charge or provide a full refund.
